Lunch Money Cuff
| |If you’ve ever had to deal with missing lunch money, a DIY money cuff might be the perfect solution.
This lunch money cuff sewing tutorial keeps cash secure and with your kiddos whenever they need it. Take it to the park for the ice cream truck or to school for lunchtime.
The Velcro closure makes putting it on and taking it off super simple. Get your kids involved in the sewing or selecting fabric scraps from your stash.
What You Will Need:
- two pieces measuring 8.5” x 3” of the lining fabric
- two pieces measuring 8.5” x 3” of the outer fabric
- 3” zipper
- 2.5” strip velcro
- two 1” x 4” pieces fusible fleece
- glue stick
- sewing machine
- quilting clips
Consider customizing the size for an adult too. Switching up the fabric to terry cloth would make the perfect runner’s band to store credit cards, cash for coffee, or air pods.
