Turning fabric scraps into unique accessories is icing on the cake. Whether you prefer braids, ponytails, buns, or top knots. fabric scrunchies can hold it all together.

These scrunchies work equally well made from quilting cotton or apparel fabrics. Satin or velvet provides interesting texture. Why not use scraps from an old tshirt too!?! Novelty prints are fun to use for each holiday or occasion.

Sew up a few to have on hand for birthday gifts and bridal or baby showers. Handmade scrunchies could brighten the day of your favorite gym buddy too!

  • Fabric, 18 in x 4 inches
  • 8 in of 1/4 inch wide elastic – make this 9 if your hair is really thick
