Older homes, in particular, are susceptible to swinging doors. As foundations shift, alignment can vary enough to keep those doors from staying in place. We have a solution! This beginner-friendly doorstop tutorial made from fabric scraps will hold your door in position.
The easy to sew fabric door stop utilizes a combination of poly fill and poly pellets to give the door stopper structure and weight. The shape means it is easy to push to the side with your foot when you want to open or close the door. Doorstops are great to use in a baby’s room when you don’t want the sound of a latch disturbing the baby.
