Purrfect Day Wall Hanging
| |What is your idea of a perfect day? This pretty much sums up mine, a furry friend and a quiet day of sewing. A wall hanging quilt combining cats and quilts is the perfect addition to a sewing studio.
This two-part Learn, Make, Create! episode from Annie’s Creative Studio features an applique wall hanging with a scrappy patchwork border. Part 1 discusses which fusible to use, tracing, cutting and fusing the applique pieces, plus thread and stitch selection. Nancy McNally also demonstrates free-motion quilting to put the final touch on your purrfect project! In Part II, you will arrange the hearts on the B strip, complete the scrappy border and add the finishing embellishments to this delightful wall hanging that’s perfect for decorating your sewing or craft room!
