Peppermint Forest Table Runner – Free Pattern

The FREE Peppermint Forest table runner by JediCraftGirl, combines a whimsical peppermint twist block with a Christmas tree block for a festive runner for any table or buffet. A patchwork border finishes off the look.

Amanda is no stranger to the Sewing with Scraps site. We love the way she plays with color and that her designs provide plenty of opportunity to stitch up our scraps. This table runner measures 42” x 18″ when finished. Here are a few examples to help inspire you.

You can use any combination of the peppermint and tree blocks to customize the length of the table runner. Or, create a full quilt using the blocks like the one below.

Each block measures 12″, so they can easily be interchanged or even made into a quilt, small wall hanging or pillow. Have fun coming up with your own combination.
