What You Need
Materials
- PDF pattern + instructions
- assorted scraps
- quilting cotton fabric for the backing
- fusible woven cotton interfacing
- batting
- wool or wool-blend felt in an accent color
- bulky yarn for tassel fringe
- 1 ball of fingering or worsted weight yarn in an accent color for hand stitches
- Thread to match the felt color
- Wooden dowel rod, 3⁄4″ diameter, 21″ long
