DIY Roll Up Pencil Case
| |Practicing sustainability in sewing with scrap busting projects is one of our top priorities. Here’s a sewing project that does just that.
Grab your scraps and get on a roll. Pencil rolls are perfect for tossing in your tote to sketch out inspiration when it strikes. Or, bring it along with an adult coloring book for a relaxing distraction in your day.
The pencil roll case is great for more than just pencils too! Store sewing tools, knitting notions, or teaching supplies inside. This is the perfect easy to sew project for beginners too!
For this project, you will need 2 pieces of 18.5”x 17” scraps of medium weight fabric (linen, canvas, or denim would work well) and an 18” tie (ribbon, rope, or twill tape would work well).
