Candy Corn Patchwork Pillow

Come October you can usually find a little bowl of candy corn in close proximity to my sewing table.

This time-honored tasty treat takes on a no-calorie version in the form of a patchwork pillow. Incorporate a candy corn pillow in your Halloween or fall decor for extra festivity. Pretty patchwork makes it fun and easy to sew.

Supplies:

• Various scrap fabric pieces in white/off-white, yellow and orange
• 1 large piece of backing fabric
• Fiberfill stuffing
• Quilter’s cutting mat
• Rotary cutter
• Quilter’s ruler
• Tracing paper
• Basic sewing supplies

For the finishing touch, we recommend the invisible ladder stitch.
