Bike Handlebar Bag Tutorial

Or, they can take along their favorite fuzzy friend. Encouraging a new bike rider by attaching a place for their security animal or blanket might just give them the confidence they need to tackle learning to ride a bike. The handlebar bag keeps things within reach.
Materials Required:
- Fat quarter for outer
- Fat quarter for lining
- A small piece of elastic
- A button for the closure, 3/4″-1″
- Snaps or velcro to attach the bag to the bike
