While buttons tend to be used in garment sewing more than quilting, a quilt celebrating their many colors is tons of fun! The free All the Buttons Quilt pattern is perfect for using up a rainbow of fabric scraps.
The button block would look darling on so many other projects too: mini wall quilt, a zipper pouch, a pillow, or a table runner. If an entire quilt of buttons feels intimidating, try a few blocks out on something small and have fun with it!
